The Bog Cranberry Crunch French Toast
Makes four to five slices
Ingredients
2 large eggs
1/4 cup milk or non dairy
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp The Bog Riverside Cranberry Powder
1/4 Kenzie Crunch Freze Dried Cranberries
1 tbsp pancake mix
4 slices of Olivier's Sourdough Bread
The Bog Cranberry Sauce for topping
Oil for the pan
How to!
Heat pan over medium heat and brush with oil
Mix all ingredients EXCEPT the Kenzie Crunch & Cranberry Sauce. There maybe few lumps thats ok.
Sprinkle Kenzie Crunch on the heated pan. Wait about 30 seconds as they soften. Dip bread in egg mixture and place on top of cranberries. Cook until golden brown (peek under a slice) flip and cook the other side. You may need to flip once to ensure fully cooked.
Top with The Bog Cranberry Sauce!
