Cool & Crispy oomé Salad

Cool & Crispy oomé Salad 

75 grams oomé Just Smoked & 75 grams oomé Maple Soy cubed 
1/2 tsp of olive of avocado oil
Toss cubed tofu with oil and air fry at 200 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes tossing half way 

1 tbsp minced jalapeño 
4 small dill pickles chopped small
1 tbsp minced white onion 
1 cup shredded white cabbage 
1 large field cucumber peeled and seeds removed cubed 
2 tbsp mayonnaise or vegan mayonnaise 
1 tsp Grandpa J's Greko Lemon 

Place above in a big bowl.

Toss toasted oomé onto the above and mix well. Serve immediately! 

Serves one hungry person or two as a side delish!
